To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging with sealed and unused.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part damaged or incorrect item.

We offer exchanges on unopened and unused lip glosses within 7 days of purchase. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us to initiate the process.

Exchange items must be in original packaging with sealed, unused condition.

If product is in good condition and customer want to exchange product. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a store credit or send you a replacement
